Topic: Northern Ohio Un-named

Fished a small un-named on Sunday afternoon.  Lots of suckers coming on to the gravel and the entire river seemed to come alive overnight.  Caught a few smallies on my favorite spring smallmouth streamer.  I call it a Krystal Minnow but I'm sure, like most, it has 12 different names.  I prefer to fish the white one.

One nice pre-spawn female with a softball for a belly, gently released to carry out her mission.
Water was a frightening 68 degrees.  Way to early for this time of year.  The upcoming cool nights should help.  River has changed a lot after this years flood.
