The Au Sable Big Water Preservation Association, http://www.asbwpa.org/, appreciates and understands that not everyone is able to make an every two week promise (like the rest of the lucky trout bums in the world) to cover every beat in this program. If we lived in a perfect world where we all get to fish for trophy trout on a daily basis it would be different but since we understand the hazards of day to day life get in the way of this we would like to offer anyone the opportunity to participate in the Adopt a Beat program via this forum. All we ask is this:

Sign up on the Hatchless Forum to post here and register for an uncovered beat in this thread.

A complete list of beats in need of coverage will be posted on this forum soon and updated pretty regularly so that they can be tracked easily and covered by those that wish to participate on a per trip basis. If you would like to cover a beat, please do so by posting here. In the end, we all get a cleaner river to fish and the fish gods will reward you for doing a good deed.
