Yep. Whatever it takes. Kiss the right asses at the right times… The float was her idea. I figure if I pucker up enough Matt might take me hex fishing someday or I’ll take him and learn something in the process.
Too bad you won’t be here next Saturday. Mike and I are gonna do another over night float. Next time you come up we will do one. It’s a great time.
I think we need to build one of those riverboats. Still haven’t closed on the place. It’ll happen soon. When it does, get yer butt up here.

Marc G called and has found a new friend in the upper Chamma reigon that claims to know the best wild cut throut fishing spot in all of new mexico and souther colorado. I may have to go see if the tail is true, it has been a few months since I have gone trout fishing and im getting kinda antsy. the bass and red ear in my front yard are funn but i need to get to a river and fast.

Nevermind, I found a cached copy. I find it kind of amusing and (to Mr. Alex’s great joy I suppose) highly entertaining that a blog post giving advice about “putting it all out there” and how you shouldn’t be PC anymore is suddenly (a few days after it’s creation apparently) taken down?! I didn’t really think it was that sassy an opinion, personally. But I do think that perhaps he has the reasoning reversed. I’d be willing to bet that most of the problem Mr. Alex is having with fly fishing blogs is burn-out, not uninteresting writing.
But then, what do I know. My blog sucks.

I gotta tell you I’m a little confused. The link in the article goes to a ‘ooops’ page and so does (basically) the link “Alex” above in the comments. Is the article still out there somewhere because I mean…I’m pretty desperate to hear how much I suck and all that. I haven’t had a good controversy in at least a week, see? Surely one thoughtless post didn’t crash a whole blog? ( Or did it?)

Its pretty stable. Lots of fun too. It needs to see more water time. I think there are some lake Erie carp flats in its future.

I wore that video out watching it so much when I was young. New Years eve 99/2000 I went to some seedy Hollywood party that actually had tons of celebrities there. Jason was there and if I remember right, starting to really get more into acting. He had a full entourage of hot girls surrounding him but still took the time to shoot the shit with me about skateboarding. By the end of the night the open bar wrecked me, but did end up with Nikki Cox from the tv show Unhappily Ever After, in some back room for a few hours. Oh to be 21 again…..
